Yay for cloth diapers. Did you get bumgenuis? I have good friends who really like the grobaby diapers, too. You snap in the liner to a shell so you can get by with fewer shells than liners. And, I think they are trimmer. That was keen of you to find out about Bangladesh. . I would never have thought about it & then had STICKER shock when I got there.
Yay for cloth! I just switched Fiona to cloth. I got Smartipants because they are one size and relatively cheap and easy to use. And the inserts just float out in the washing machine, so you don't have to pull them out. And I made cloth wipes from old receiving blankets.
I love reading your blog, Bowman. And you have grown so much this past week! Your new diapers coordinate with your giraffe...You are the cutest. Love you, Nana
Bowman, this is MorMor. So, how do you like those fancy cloth diapers? How do Mommy and Daddy like rinsing them and storing them? Bowman, you need to sleep 7 hours every night...did you hear me? I love you and have a wonderful plan for your nights---yes, sleep, sleep, sleep.
Meg - Mom uses some BumGenius 3.0 and some FuzziBunz. The BumGenius were a bit cheaper (and probably even more so now if you can find the 3.0 because they now have a 4.0). However, I prefer the snap closure on the FuzziBunz to the velcro on the BumGenius. The Velcro can stick to funny things in the wash.
Thanks, Bowman! We'll check them out and let you know how it goes. And thanks also for posting about your adventures. We're having lots of fun following your travels. -Meg and Connery

ReplyDeleteOoo. What type do you use? And do you like them? I've been trying to find a good brand to use.
